I would have given it no stars if it was an option. I downloaded the app only to find out it only goes as far back as 2015 model year. Only 5 years back? Really??? If you have a trailer older than 2015, skip this app. Forums and YouTube will be your best options for finding information about your trailer.

I downloaded this app, but there is NO info on the truck campers. Our packet of new owner info upon purchase states to download this app for helpful info. Not helpful if our camper is not even on the app.
No diagrams? No tutorials?

Just picked up a Wildwood X-Lite. The trailer drove nicely off the lot, but this manual is the worst manual I’ve ever seen. It’s even worse than assembly directions written in Chinese. At least those contain some diagrams to guide users. Although the Wildwood app promises helpful tutorials, there is nothing for the X-Lite — not even a basic diagram. How is anyone supposed to locate various parts, let alone fix them? How can we safely handle the electrical, propane or water systems? The app basically consists of generic warnings, but doesn’t show users WHERE the dangers are. This oversight borders on negligence.

At best it’s the first few introductory pages of an owners manual. There is no operational guidance or trouble shooting information or diagrams.

Just bought 2019 5th wheel 30 foot. No heat coming out of floor vent by sink. Looking for heat duct diagram to see what part not connected nothing to help Doing myself @ dealer in Ogden Utah. Wants me to bring back down and leave Most likely 20 minute fix or 4 he drive and 1 or 2 days without home ?

This is the app Forest River developed for when we need an owner’s manual? My camper is not even listed to reference as a series or model! This is useless in my case and not a substitute for a hard copy owner’s manual.

How the hell can forest river manufacture these expensive motor homes and not have any diagrams for wiring, satellite connects, plumbing etc! This will be the last time I ever buy a forest river product! Get professional people
