I emailed support about the upcoming iOS11 launch and this app repeatedly saying it will stop working and have got no response back about this issue. $500+ for a remote start that seems like it is going to have to be replaced.

Update for iOS 11?

The app is simple, but works for what it's supposed to do. Unfortunately, it will stop working once one updates to iOS 11. It needs to be updated to be a 64 bit app. Come on Ford, we paid for the Ford remote access kit, we pay for annual service. Please update the app!

IOS 11 comes out tomorrow and the technical support can't be reached and they've provided no updates at all about wen been to expect it. Soon to be paying for a service that can't be used.

App needs updating to be stable on new iOS devices. Hasn't been updated since 2013 and will no longer run on iOS 11 unless updated.

Here's what I received today from Spindance about the app: We understand the inconvenience caused by the Ford Remote Access inaccessibility due to iOS11 no longer supporting 32-bit apps. Our teams have upgraded the current app to ensure that all of the functionality works as expected. The update has been completed, tested, and is in process of final approval for launch in the App Store.

F150 Lover

I just my 2016 Ford 150. My 4th F 150. I stress of the Viper system I decided to go with this system. It was continuing to say will not work with iOS 11. I just bought this system and paid the $49 for the subscription. Please tell me you are not abandoning this?

Super Mediocre...now USELESS

Love the idea of starting my car from my phone, however I get communication errors 90% of the time, even when the car actually starts. The app looks outdated and cheap. I was super excited to have this installed but now that I have it, it's nothing to be excited about. I could have saved a few hundred dollars and got the 2-way key fob. And now with the new updates to the software on my phone, the app doesn’t work at all. It merely yields an error that says the developer needs to update the app. So it’s now USELESS
