I’ve emailed the support team multiple times that I did not subscribe to this app nor use this app. This was a terrible mistake and I feel robbed of my money. I am sure there is a way to monitor user activity and to confirm I have never used this app or plan on using this app. Please refund me my money and I will happily remove this negative review.

I’m trying to get an annual membership and pay with a gift card. I need assistance in that matter please.

I was intrigued by this app due to the fact you can take pictures of your plate and the AI/algorithm would determine what you were eating and calculate your nutritional data and make tracking much easier. I found that the picture recognition to be very unreliable and almost always requires modification. Also, there is a poor database of foods. At least 50% of barcodes are unrecognized. Generally it is a pain to use. My Fitness Pal has many more features and is much easier to use. I am switching back.

They offer a 7 day free trial but bill your account immediately. They don’t even give you time to try it for free.

It’s a good looking app at first blush,, but adding meals and food (the prime function) is painful. For example, search “peanut butter and jelly sandwich” you get bread, jelly, and a slew of other things that aren’t PB&J. And this is for EVERY entry. Cereal, “banana bread”, top results are relegated to single words. Ugh, makes you not want to use the app (let alone upgrade); even with the nice design and flow otherwise.
