Has frustrating errors

Clooneytunes

Nice idea for an app but has several frustrating errors. App crashes when you try to edit a food by adding a photo. Very confusing to customize. Needs serious quality control and further testing and debugging. Shouldn't rely on users to troubleshoot. When you log out and log back in later, all the daily totals are wrong and some meals are messed up.

Not free!!

It’s not free. And it should say that before I put any of my info. That’s not fair.

Absolutely Love this App!!!!

Wolfpause

I am so happy I found this app!!! I have the premium subscription. I am into the macro diet, and this app is perfect for tracking the amount of carbs, fat, protein, water, and fiber I need each day. It lets you know if you go over AND it has some great recipes too!!! It also lets you add activities, connect to Apple health, and too many more to list. Great App!!!!

Unable to unsubscribe!

There is no way to unsubscribe from this app. I will be contacting my bank to stop the monthly fee. I’ve never had an App like this that makes it impossible to cancel.

Foodvisor cancelation

I learned about the app via TV coverage. It seemed simple, but is not. It has disappointed me. I’m a serious calorie and carb counter and the app makes it difficult to keep track. Having to weigh each portion and calculate the grams is tedious. Entering the nutritional values is time consuming. Great idea, but app doesn’t live up to hype. I deleted it.

Just ok

I’m used to using the WW app, and had tried the MyFitnessPal app which didn’t seem robust enough for me, so I attempted Foodvisor. I’m not a huge fan, mostly because it’s not super easy to look up specific foods. I get a lot of suggestions nowhere close to what I’m trying to track. The picture of food sounds cool but it’s not very accurate. The smiling/frowning face concerns me because I get a mad face for things I consider totally fine and healthy in moderation (like a teaspoon of honey... not quite the diet killer). Overall, I’d wouldn’t suggest the app to anyone. For $60 a year, it needs some work. Not worth the money.

Waste of money

If you are looking for ease of use and ACCURACY this is not the app for you. Users can input info on food which can be incorrect. It does not recognize many barcodes. It also uses the metric system which is not terrible unless you want record a very small amount, ex: ¼ tsp of maple syrup is 1.23 ml but the smallest amount the app will let you use is 15ml. Getting a refund for premium is difficult even if you have had it for a couple of days. At the very least use the 7 day trial before committing.
