Garbage service, no refunds, no support

Waited an hour and a half and the rider cancelled my order without contacting me and food panda took my money with no eligibility for refund. No explanation of why it was cancelled, why it took so long, no communication, no refund, no food. I payed to wait two hours for nothing. Worst delivery app in the app store, i would give it 0 stars if possible

Worst to place to put order in advance for any occasion. I order food on 12/22/21 to be delivered on 12/24/21 at 6:00PM they delivered email saying Your order q5tc-56k2 with Jollibee - Susano Road has been cancelled. All my guest eat leftover food whatever we have on the fridge.

My previous order’s refund for bhaji was not given which is 25tk. I didn’t received any bhaji but payment was done! Now a days its been a problem of foodpanda that orders are not properly delivered! 1 item is always missing or misplaced!
Missing Deliveries

Twice now this has happened, I received a message from my driver and notification from the app that the food was delivered. When I checked the delivery table at my condo 2 minutes later the food was nowhere to be found. Customer service couldn't tell me where the delivery was and the driver was unreachable of course. They let me know I'd be receiving a refund by next month. Suffice to say I was hungry and very annoyed. Will not be using this app ever again.
