Missing Deliveries – foodpanda: Food & Groceries Review

Twice now this has happened, I received a message from my driver and notification from the app that the food was delivered. When I checked the delivery table at my condo 2 minutes later the food was nowhere to be found. Customer service couldn't tell me where the delivery was and the driver was unreachable of course. They let me know I'd be receiving a refund by next month. Suffice to say I was hungry and very annoyed. Will not be using this app ever again.
