I’m sure the developers had good intentions but it needs WAY more work and it has too many bugs to count. I was thrilled at first when I found this app because a family member has food allergies. So I purchased the $7.99 a year plan for allergies. Literally, it worked only one day and I logged out to conserve cell battery life. The next day, it I couldn’t log in and it gave me an error message of “user not found.” I used an internet browser to try a password reset and received the reset email. I made a new password and STILL received a “user not found” error message with the app. My concern is if it acts like this from the start, it could make mistakes regarding food allergies scans that might be life threatening to you or a loved ones health. That’s not something I want to chance. Plus I got scammed out of almost $8 because the app won’t allow me to log in and it doesn’t work. Word of caution: Use this app at your own risk!
