Poor staffing

Since they came in, lines are a lot longer. Prices and quality seem ok after week one but hire some staff! Wait times are 15-30 minutes. Not good.

Updated: Developer reached out to me to help. After a few emails, we figured out the issue was due to an incorrect location in the settings. Thankfully, I can now see the menus as they are updated. Looking forward to receiving the emails as well.
App doesn’t work

I’ve tried customer support and still hasn’t fixed the issues. I can’t see what is for lunch in my building.
Prices are outrageous

Fooda took over the food services at the beginning of June at 600 Washington Blvd in Stamford, CT. While the food quality is good, the prices for the amount of food given are astronomical. For the first time in my life after working over 20 years, I am seriously considering brown bagging my lunch.

The last time I ate from them the food option was bad plus the customer service . And lately I haven’t even been able to eat from the places provided because they don’t have vegetarian options . I thought they would cater to all but it’s clear they don’t.

Customer service never responds Points are not updated correctly on the App and the restaurant choices are only ok sometimes: I’ve gotten hard rice with Asian dishes and hard bread with others.
