Dangerous sanitation issues

Seems as if, more often than not, a food store sends just one person to do full service single-handedly. This one person preps, stages, and serves the food then collects payment, too. All today’s forms of money are absolutely filthy. Germ paradise. This same/only person then handles the next person’s food. Ugh!!! I’ve never seen any attempt toward correct sanitation in this situation nor have I seen any portable sanitation equipment (yes, it exists). This disease-laced practice of single-handed retail food service is in violation of state and local food-service laws. GET COMPLIANT ASAP! Also, I gave you a 2-star rating. You upped it to 3. You are pathetic. I corrected my rating to a 1 this time. Hope it sticks, like all those germs on money.

Very disappointed with the amount of food for the price. One vendor sold a side of vegetables for three dollars, And what I got was a 3 ounce Styrofoam cup with five small pieces of cauliflower. What a joke!
Horrible customer service and inefficient app

I created an account and verified my email and phone number. However it still doesn't show me menus. I even emailed their support and no reply for almost 48 hours now.

The menus posted here are rarely accurate. And when the vendor is asked why there is a difference, they say Fooda doesn’t verify before publication
Disappointing

There are tons of restaurants and food trucks around my office building. Now Fouda invites restaurants to open up a new place to eat in my building lobby. Good idea in concept. In actuality, it’s an over-priced menu that is rarely even warm. Why would anyone buy lunch there? I tried it a few times but am unlikely to try again.
Order function doesn’t work

The app doesn’t let me order and the line was way too long to order in person. I emailed fooda to try to get help 2 weeks ago and no response. I had a $2 off on the app when I first signed up but that has gone missing. Wouldn’t be able to use it anyways since I cannot order through the app. More trouble than it’s worth unfortunately.

Not much variety for the weighed options. Compared to our last provider, Fooda has a long way to go. Not many healthy options and it is expensive!

Repetitive Food Vendors

Too much of the same types of food and too much of the same food vendors. ☹️ Need some different vendors and different food, please. Also, the vendors need to be on time, as well, as show up and not cancel. ?
