1) Help people understand what nutrients are lacking in their diet and provide food recommendations;
2) Make food planning, shopping, and cooking as easy as possible
Using standard printed food labels, it's very hard to understand what nutrients our bodies lack and what each nutrient is good for. Even worse, the meals we eat are mostly based on what we crave or what we assume might be good for us.
We wanted to create a scientific, yet super simple way for people to plan, shop and cook for their food.
