Doesn’t work
Don't buy these bulbs
This app does not work. The only thing that it sometimes does is allow you to make a phone call from your cell phone and have the caller ID display as your company’s caller ID. It only works on WiFi if you are on the company’s WiFi, and then if you get a call to your cell phone it disconnects the call. Also, if your screen locks or you switch to a different app on your phone this one will not provide you with any notification of an incoming call.

Ever since we first got the HUD, I'm constantly relying on it for chat, drag and drop call transfer, and recording calls. The only thing missing was using it on a smartphone or tablet. I do wish the app was built for tablets and not just X2 display. My favorite feature is quickly jumping into conference rooms as I am horrible when it comes to remembering call in numbers. So far so good.

I'm loving the new HUD mobile! It seamlessly integrates my office queue statics right to my smart phone and allows me to monitor my agents and queues on the go! Love love love it!

I live being able to call from my cell with the company caller ID. Also having a company directory means I don't have to save every employees number in my phone contacts. Working from Starbucks right now actually. :)
Not as good as it could be

We have used the mobile app for years. It has had its issues and has not been the best for business on the go I would have thought that it would have improved as technology improved. This app has not. Updates upset the balance time and time again. Tech support. Doesn't understand how to solve issues Sad transition to an otherwise solid product for the office. The app I have had for years and success only days.

Horrible service ! I own an insurance agency and use fonality . The phone quality is horrible ! They also forced me to use an additional router that does nothing but slow my internet down to a crawl. Don't waist your money with these clowns
