It "doesn't work for my iPhone" I have the iPhone 5s and it says it's not compatible? Really?

I downloaded this app, to find out it didn't work, very disappointed.

It said needed to be updated when I first opened app. The app said my phone needed to be fm compatible I deleted it after that.
