I have never been as happy as i am right now! Flux is the best experience i have ever had with headphones on! An always new and yet familiar album at the same time! You will not be disapointed!

I don’t get too much time other than in the car to truly focus on listening to music. A full week so far, 10+ hours and still looking forward to next week. Best of all it’s all new Belew!

Belew has had an outstanding career, but this format is really something interesting. He’s not quite the first to release music as an app, with alternate album orders randomly generated. But there’s more depth to FLUX, and I believe it’s real power via continual updates and reconfigurations creates a whole new “album” platform in itself. The look and sound are really good. It’s docked one star because it crashes sometimes (IOS 8.1.1) when playing back from the favorites list. Also, it’s complicated to exit Favorites mode and get back to Random mode. My son loves the app too, and he enjoys moving the images on the touch screen while listening. At only 12 years old, it appears that Adrian Belew is indeed reaching a younger generation. Well done.

I was skeptical about putting ten bucks into this app before I really understood what it does. Once I had it on my iPhone I really started to enjoy it. My only wish is that I could use the app to play music of my choice and have the random visuals with it. But as it is I like it, especially when I'm flying on a plane with Wi-Fi.

The 1.1 update turned Flux into a beast! 5 minutes in and I'm finding it to be the most diverse engaging, interesting experience I've had with it app so far (and I'd logged a fair amount of time on it). The flow is amazing, the snippet timings are unexpected but impeccable, the variation is exciting (I've already heard several things presented in different ways/different versions), the sounds and visuals are inspiring! This is Belew's 1978 vision executed with perfection. I can't wait for more.
