Great game but it’s hard to play without paying a lot

I do love the game, but it’s almost impossible to advance without spending a lot of money. I understand that there is cost associated with any game, and I have supported these developers with in-app purchases, but I don’t like how costly the events are. It is almost impossible to perfect a set of butterflies without substantial investment of real money, at least when you start. I still play, love the graphics, love the music, and appreciate the excellent customer support.

Fix how you move and tap

They need to fix how you move around and tap actions. Everything responds to one finger, so whether you are trying to move butterflies to capture the dandelion or doing something else, everything activates. In other words, have a two finger motion to move around the forest, have a double tap to activate info on specific butterflies or open the menu to lay eggs, and have a single touch/pull be how we move butterflies. And stop having things drop into the forest with big signs that stick over them and block your ability to see and do other things you need to do. Seriously, for a game that has been around this long, these types of annoying play issue should be fixed. It also would be nice to make the sap costs reasonable to expand the forest, since new events overload the forest and storage and otherwise you’re making it less likely people will stick with it and play. Who is going to spend hundreds of dollars just to unlock two more slots? You’re capping your own profit margin and user growth by driving people out of the game, esp. your advanced users.

I love this game is very relaxing but I wish that you could save your game through other accounts besides Facebook I do not have a Facebook & I don't want to have to make a Facebook page just to be able to save my progress

On the daily calendar for June 14th there were to be double prizes for watching the snail videos, there aren’t. Please look into this glitch. Otherwise, this is a great game that I find relaxing and truly enjoy. Thank you.

I loved this game when I started playing it. Once I figured out how to fuse butterflies, level up, and hatch new species I needed, I really got into the game. That is until I tried to hatch a Mariposa butterfly. The egg is ready to hatch, but every time I click to hatch it, I get an error message and the game crashes. The game also crashes if I click on Marisposa or anything after that in the butterfly book. I’m stuck at this point as I can’t hatch other butterflies since I can’t move the current egg. Update: Customer support reached out to me with a solution and solved the problem. My game is back up and running!

Awesome game, but...

Love this game! I spend every day on it and love the different butterflies. On top of that, I get to learn little factoids and such which is always fun. The only critique I have is that I’m a solo player by nature and the current even feels like I’m excluded a little because I don’t care to pester my friends into playing a game they’re not interested in. It’s so frustrating that I even docked a star from what I feel is definitely a 5-Star game. I mean, I get it, guys: inviting other players means you get more players and possibly more revenue, but I gotta tell you, it literally feels like I’m being excluded because I have no friends who play this game :/

While I enjoy the look of this game and the easy relaxing game play, I don’t enjoy the extreme expense to get ANYTHING in it. It is far too difficult to collect “special event” butterflies without the infusion of a LOT of real world cash. Seriously if you want regular income from someone like me, don’t let me realize just how much money I am spending. Also your prize delivery mechanism for watching videos is broken. I won’t watch those repetitive adds for nothing. Make sure the claim button works!

Still can’t get the gifts still having problems I don’t even know if you’re receiving my emails and probably block that but thank you from blocking on Facebook have two emails everything is nothing but a problem videos in all games don’t work well at all since you blocked all my emails the main email and the other email. Nothing is working in all your games

I had enjoyed the game however shortly after the “Earth Day” event the game does not open anymore. I have looked for updates and fixes but can’t find any . So it was fun while it lasted and such a great educational tool.
