Hard to navigate and their directions for cancelling the subscription do not work. Their customer support is unresponsive. STAY AWAY!

Not sure if it’s just a glitch but I’m at a screen that asks if I’m already a member (I am not) and if I want a free trial and I’m just pressing around the screen to get to the language or wtv

I signed up for the free trial and thought I canceled it, but was still getting charged. I went through a long process of actual canceling my account only to find out that I’m still being charged! I don’t know what else I can do to cancel my subscription. Do not download this app unless you want to pay for it forever!!!

Good deal. $30 a month, BUT... you can change languages. This made me choose it over a second Rosetta. I like the format of this. I’m learning just as well as with Rosetta, DuoLingo, or Memrise.
Love it - but plus use some polish...

Love this app but it needs some polish: 1. The audio is very jumpy even if I downloaded as to my local device. In many of the exercises the spoken word does not match the individual word selection - for example when building “mir geht es gut” the individual words are spoken as “mir” “mir” “mir” “gut” - hoping to see an update soon - hate to pay for the year otherwise...

This app is not helpful for beginners. After you’ve listened and played the “Audio”, the quiz questions suggest that you should be memorizing the pronunciation, spelling and characters recognition (if Russian, Chinese, Japanese, etc)... with is actually ridiculous from the way it’s presented. Too much to throw on beginners out of the gate.

Lessons are poorly designed. Might be useful if you’ve already learned a language and want to review. I tried it very briefly and found it super frustrating and boring. But I forgot to cancel right away and only did so on day 14 so they charged me the full month and I can’t get a refund??♀️

I was in a free trial and charged $260 !!!!!! This is insane I was going to do the monthly but now I just want my money back!!!!
