Worst insurance ever with worst app

What ever you do if you love your family do not get them for insurance ppo hmo doesn't matter they are the worst Charging me huge price and denying my essential cancer medications every month I have to fight there preauthorization to get my cancer meds they are quick to take your money but deny all my cancer meds and claims be warned go to anyone else Filing claim with fl insurance commission and lawyer and contacting news channels my kid is dying in pain and can't move while they give us the run around every month

Used to be you could see your card in this app. That's why I downloaded it again so I wouldn't have to carry my card. Now I don't see any way to see my card. No point in this app, just use safari to go to their web site. Useless. Deleting.
Terrible app and website

I always have trouble with this app. Most of the time doesn't work. No chance to see what's going on with my insurance or no possibility to pay. At the end I always have to call and talk to this irritating machine. Very disappointed!!!

This is just a link to a badly designed mobile website. Please make an investment in a useful app (copy Humana's app if you need to)
