Back when I first got it, it was great. However, in the last year and a half, it has gone completely down hill. It ALWAYS crashes. Whenever I try to download one of my movies in order to watch it off line, I always get an "error has occurred" message. I've contacted support three times and each time, they send me a stupid lengthy process to do, which still does not help. I want to switch to another company, but Flixster refuses to give me codes for all my movies so that I can transfer them to another company. DO NOT USE FLIXSTER!

App used to usable. It now often freezes mid-movie - ones that are downloaded locally! App also used to remember stopping point and would return to that point in movie, they removed this feature during a recent update... Not as good at it once was.

I won't use it again I bought the movies . And you can't even stream them to any device that sad. Apple or Itune is much better. Don't waste your time or money on it!!

You cannot use this app on Amazon Fire tv, Apple tv or my smart tv! Please update and fix this app so it is compatible with all devices. It use to work great with my Amazon Fire tv and my Samsung smart tv but NOT anymore. Please fix it or sell it to Amazon!!!
