Takes forever to load then when it dose it only saved 9 of my 30 pics. Tried it 4 more times and it did the same thing. How do I get my money back?

How do I get my music to play on this app I have iphone8+ and it takes me to my iTunes music and the music still doesn’t play if I pay for an app especially for that much why isn’t music playing

I tried to make a slideshow twice and it kicked me out of the app after waiting long for it to save.. so frustrated!!!! ?

Doesn’t let you choose a song you either have to have the song or purchase one, then when you try and save it, it kicks you off the app then you have to start all over again.
App crashed every time

I have never been able to get a slide show created as the app crashes and deletes all my work when I go to save.
