Full of bugs. Paid money and it won’t work

I paid the premium to unlock the transitions and the app stopped working properly. It crashes constantly even when I’m 20-30 minutes into creating a slide show it will just crash and it saves nothing. When I try to save my slide show it gives and error message or sometimes it says it saved successfully but I go to my photo album and it only saved a copy of the last thing I made and not the current thing I’m trying to save. It’s horrible and if I could get my money back I would.

I just in the middle of creating a video and the app crashed before saving anything

The app has exited on its own twice while saving videos that I worked hard to complete.

This app is the worst app in the face of all apps on the planet I spent hours picking out pictures and songs and the minute I go to save it.. the app crashes not to mention I paid $4.99 for the pictures to morph into the next picture ...complete waste of my time and money it’s highway robbery. ??

I like the old flipagram. I miss it. It was wayy more simple and the videos would turn out perfectly. Ever since it updated it, i stopped using it. I used it for more than 2 years. I re-installed it thinking it’d be the same as it was before but i guess not. I have to pay now ? No thanks. There are better ones and free apps out there.

No support even after paying for it! I have 2 questions How do I add music - it does not come up with a list automatically- like it should And I don’t know how to add music to the list When I put in the name of the song I purchased from iTunes it does not show up Also How do I get it to save. I have done this 2 times and both times it has timed out and I have lost the effort I put into the project I need these 2 things immediately for a project Please help Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

i made a video but when it is in the processing of saving the video, you have to stay in the app or else it will delete the whole thing :(

Once I have all of my photos selected it crashes and all of my work just gets deleted ?
