FlipGrid app is an amazing app that collects videos from users. It allows you to record right in the app or upload a video from your camera roll so the possibilities are endless. Your stimulus video can be used to spark discussion, challenge thinking, bring awareness, give directions or showcase an idea. Users can simply click the green plus sign to add to the topic and reply to other users! This app is transforming classrooms by amplifying student voice, embracing and learning from diverse perspectives and allowing students to be empowered learners and global collaborators. Ignites conversations, builds communication (both in and out of the classroom), and gives the opportunity for everyone to be heard. LOVE this app!

Flipgrid was used in my classroom on three different assignments. Honestly flipgrid is an app from the future... like every time I use it I think I'm living in 3017. With that said, it still has many issues. Most of the time my videos aren't properly uploaded and my teacher can't see them. I don't think we as humans have the technology to support such an endeavor as flipgrid. I rate it 5 stars for its ingenuity but hopefully some alien race is able to deliver us phones with a better capability to run this app.
