False advertising and company does not return phone calls

This app advertises unlimited calling and texting. I received a message that said I have reached my limit and I can no longer send or receive texts. Since I didn’t understand what that meant I called that phone number left five messages I’ve also sent seven emails over the course of two weeks and I’m getting no type of response back at all whatsoever Really bad business
Works Great But Needs MMS Capability

I’ve used Flex for over a year. It works seamlessly with my phone. I like the integration better than Google voice or Hangouts. However, the downside is the app cannot send or receive MMS messages. It’s hard to use this as a separate business line without the MMS feature.

I run multiple businesses and use my cell phone for everything. The ability to have a different number, different voicemail message and separate contacts for each, is a true life saver. I never have to give out my private number for business again!!! Thank you FLEX.
