Keeps crashing

It won't open to actually work.

Even when you book a future reservation, they don't start working on it until pickup the time you requested. I booked an hour ago...dispatch is still "working on it" because the order didn't come through. Totally unreliable.

For months now the APP doesn't work! The minute you try to open the App, it immediately closes. Completely unusable!

This app has several bugs...it doesn't cancel, sometimes an order goes thru but it's not showing. Text message alerts work half the time and the automated telephone service options and accuracy is far from perfect.

I attempted several times to create an account and received an error message saying account could not be created but no indication of why or of how to proceed. App clearly created by someone not competent to provide proper error messages, so I would doubt the app's general functioning.

I had broken my foot and was unable to drive. I live in a residential area just south of the loop. I would call the day before to schedule a pick up to go to the doctor downtown which is only 14 blocks north of me. Even though I scheduled ahead being able to get a taxi was unreliable. The only response I could get when I called was they were waiting for a cab to be in my vicinity. I tried to explain that not many cabs are in this area because it is residential. I ended up having to cancel my appointments because they were so unreliable at flash cab. I tried to find an app that would actually assign cabs. My experience has been that these apps are solely dependent on if a taxi is willing to except the location. I could understand if it was a last-minute request but when I place an order the day before I would expect flash cab to ensure there is a taxi to pick me up.

This app works terribly

I downloaded Lyft and this app the same week. There is no comparison. This app is slow, difficult to navigate and I have trouble even getting it to process the order. Lyft has worked every time with an issue. This app is about as efficient as flashcab over the phone, which doesn't say much

Taxi showed up 1/2 late even though I ordered it 4 hours in advance. Won't use again. Not reliable
