Awful app

I was so excited to use this app for the convenience...but the fares are higher than the normal rates on the bus. Very disappointed

Great app
YayaToureDeFrance

I used the app for the first time a few days ago and was unimpressed. Would like to see future versions integrate with uber/lyft to solve some 1st+last mile issues AND recognize Hillsborough and Pinellas County employee discounts.

I used the app for the first time a few days ago - simple to pay and worked seamlessly. Would like to see future versions integrate with uber/lyft to solve some 1st+last mile issues

Couldn't ask for better than this

Quick and easy to use. It saves you time, money, and energy. Couldn't ask for something better. I wonder if there will bean offline version.

Don't waste your time - bad app for semi-regular riders

As a software manufacture executive, this has to be the most useless app I've seen a long time. I'm a frequent public transportation rider (aka "Tree Hugger"). You can not purchase a daily fare or a discounted fare. The smallest fare is a 3-day fare ($18) which is ~$3 more expensive than buying it from a kiosk of an office. Clearly whoever developed this application has never used public transportation. My guess is that this application was developed by a money-grubbing 3-party company with no sense of how people really use public transportation. HART should really reconsider this application and develop a real application that everyone can use.

Make No Sense
SimC babyyyy!!

First whoever developed this app has no clue how the city bus works. Let alone consider riding it. If this was made for everyday rider the there should be an option to buy either 1 day to weekly purchase, And monthly purchase. Who in there right mind would use this app when it cost more to use thank paying it at the kiosk. Must be out of your mind. HART THIS APP IS rip-off!! It’s hard to ride the bus let alone be exploited to pay a 3-day ride that’s more expensive when you pay out of pocket. Smh.

Needs a lot of improvement

The app has a glitch where using the pass across devices creates a lock on both and the pass can not be used. There is no tech support for the app itself and the support at the psta/hart companies work 8 to 5 which is useless if you are riding to or from work and having a problem.

Incredibly disappointing
Pas quo

You can’t buy a one day ticket. You can buy a three day ticket for $18, more than what three one day tickets cost. You can buy a month pass. I should be able to buy multiple one day tickets for my family at correct price. This app is disappointing. I hope psta sorts this out because it sounded great. Useless.

Physical Go cards don't expire

I did use this app once on a trip cross county from pinellas to Tampa and back. It's ok but didn't communicate passes across devices. So if your battery is dying after a long day of travel, you start to panic that you won't make it home. Wifi is fine for transferring passes between devices in pinellas but Hillsborough wifi service is very spotty. Also juggling more than one pass if you have a minor child is a pain. Finally the physical cards do not expire while purchases here do. I wasted a bit of money because of that. It's good if you have an emergency trip cross county that requires multiple days consecutive but otherwise I haven't used it since it was introduced. Physical cards are better.

Overpriced
@OG_Berns

Most people using the bus system are there to save money on transportation or situational. The app charges a dollar extra for a 1 day unlimited & $7.25 extra for a 3 day unlimited pass. Most people will rather use cash to pay the boarding rate on the bus & I don’t see how this is really going to be effective considering the expensive rates & it’ll be useless if your phone dies. Their contract with HART & PSTA should be reviewed to at the bare minimum offer it’s users the cost of what it is on the bus / whatever platform they use. I guess bother paying extra if you really want / need to.
