The app will not stay open on iPhone. It comes on for 1 second and closes. Tried to reinstall many times.

Does not work since 2021 arrived

Since January 1, 2021, this app has not worked. Whenever I try to pen the app on my iPhone the page flashes and returns to the first app page. It no longer syncs and is losing time. I had been very pleased with it up to this point. Hope you can fix it!

The watch works perfectly fine however the app continuously crashes so you can’t even link it to apple health, because the app won’t even open

I’m an iPhone user, that recently found out about some health issues. I came across this watch and wanted to try it to get me & help track steps, health info. I just did an update to my phone but now the app won’t even stay open??!! What happened?? I used it daily for my sleep patterns, Ck health and steps..... But now I can’t! The app won’t stay open at all, it immediately shuts down each time I try to open it to use. So disappointing. Was overall pleased with this product but now - not at all. Also wish the app would track historical personal health info. PLEASE DO AN UPDATE AND FIX THIS!! Would’ve rated higher but can’t. Watch decent, app not at all.

Tried to delete app, now it says open not download, and still won’t open. And now it’s not on my phone either. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone, still nothing!!

When trying to open the app, it flashes up then closes. The only way to get it to work is to un-install and then re-install. The app stops working after a few days and then I have to re-install. Please fix.

Since the last iOS updates, the app crashes on my Xr. I have not been able to sync anything from my watch in nearly a week.
