My phone is really laggy so I can not touch the top screen to sign in, so please update so I can connect my smart watch on my iPad. :( Or you can move the next and back button down a few more so I can connect. :’(

This is very helpful. It’s cool to be able to set a goal for your steps. I also find it really helpful and cool that u can see ur phone notifications on it. But I feel like u should be able to cal on the devices.
Sleep data?

I got this just a few days ago and like it pretty much, but I am unable to get messages. I have iPhone , with iPhone message and messenger because I send and receive messages using both. I’m wondering if I add WEChat if all my contacts also have to have Wechat . If so then the message feature is useless to me . Also , I am unable to use the sleep app, which was ove if the features I was looking for meats to using. I wore the watch last night to bed hoping to capture data, but it didn’t . When you look at that on the iPhone , it doesn’t give you any clear instructions on how to use that part of the watch feature. Also , there is no support to ask about these issues. So all in all I think more in-depth instructions and trouble shooting would be advantageous to include with this watch.

Can I get my digital face back??? Why don’t we have a choice of which watch face we want? That’s why I buy digital watches, so I can look down quick for the time. The screen doesn’t even stay on long enough to figure out the time!

Basically I needed a watch for work and I have always used a tracker for steps and more. Not very accurate, does not stay connected to the app, and it’s just not easy to use. Sorry but no connection, no more stars.
Alarm or vibration intensity needs improvement

The info on my band says it’s an M4 ID 9409, v001200. I am not sure if the problem with the vibration is the band itself or the software, My husabNd gave me another band a couple of years ago, this is supposed to be an upgrade but the alarm/vibration is not strong enough to grab my attention let alone wake me up! I would like it to buzz more intensely and be able to control this from the app. Otherwise the app works pretty well I would also like to see the battery monitored in the app The battery doesn’t last very long but it would nice to see in the app the percentage so I know when to charge rather than just having the band die. Being able to adjust the brightness is definitely a plus.
