The best small business app ever!

I started my first small business before email, so when I say the best ever, I mean ever! Hard to believe that this one app does everything that it says it can do, but it lives up to its promise and then some. It used to take four different applications, two bank accounts, and a full time bookkeeper to handle less than what Co can do without breaking a sweat. This is a great app for any entrepreneur, freelancer, small business owner. It has a lot of great features I’m looking for. Being able to message my CO anytime is pretty cool. Now that it’s free it’s a win win.

Tried the app some time ago. Got the “we’re free” message and so requested to reset my password. I press the button, the app opens, and no reset. Not really impressive when the most basic of functions fails.

Barely Functions

I just tried to use this for my most recent freelance project because I heard good things, and I quickly discovered that it’s barely functional. My changes when editing the contract never save. I edited the “client” because someone else wanted to sign, previewed it to make sure it was correct, sent the contract to the correct person, only to find that their name still wasn’t included on the contract that was sent to them. The original incorrect name was still there. I have been fighting with it for hours tonight - there have been several other errors and issues, and I will most likely never use this again unless it magically functions better tomorrow. I hope I can save face. I’m extremely embarrassed from the back and forth chaos with my client. I should’ve known better than to risk sending the contract through this service since it was giving me so much trouble from the get-go. I’m glad it didn’t cost me any money at least!

So freaking simple!

As a graphic designer with a knack for not being good at admin tasks I am super satisfied with how this app/website not only makes it easy for me to keep track of income and expenses but they take the time to answer any questions I have. Also since they’ve been acquired by Fiverr they are now free. Their interface is also extremely user-friendly and that is so satisfying as a designer. All the ???? emojis.

Forget all the other invoicing and time tracking tools out there. AND.CO is where it's at. What sets it apart from all the other guys is that you get your own, personal CO when you sign up—a real human being! It's like magic. I start projects, create invoices, send her my receipts, track my time with their apps, and so much more. Then my CO takes care of all the hard stuff: makes sure I'm getting paid on time, reminds me when things are due, and more. The service may be still green in some areas, but even the random quirk I've noticed with the app is more than compensated with the dedication my CO devotes to helping me get paid and track everything. I've saved SO many hours that I used to spend on invoicing clients. Give them a try and you'll see the difference. More than worth the investment!
