So beautifully designed and love love love the support feature and customer service. I’d definitely recommend to any freelancer or independent business owner.

I was excited when I found the app and even prepaid for a year of service. I had such high hopes but It's impossible to work with. Can't save stuff and come back to it (unless you can figure out how to email it to yourself???). Can't enter a negative number in an invoice. Recording outside payments is difficult. I also had a bad experience sending a prospect a contract. I had to do the project without a contract to keep her. In a year it hasn't gotten better. I began to wonder if they have anyone testing it because the short comings are so obvious. A couple months back another company bought the app and they refunded me the unused subscription. Even free I don't want it. I gave up a few days ago when I couldn't find any evidence of an invoice I created and even printed. I started reading articles comparing similar products and just subscribed to Bonsai.

Why Can't We Know What's in an Update?

I will update this rating as soon as some of these important things are resolved, and I have full confidence in this team. I do not want them to fail, which is why am writing this wretchedly long review with a poor rating. I'm not gonna lie, this is an amazing service and most of all you can't beat a service like this for free - though I have had several issues with this app, just to list a few: - Crashes frequently, and then data that you had been working on four minutes or hours can disappear - sometimes buttons will just do nothing, and then your only option is to close the app - Frequent updates with the same change log used (come on, don't be like Spotify)- if you're updating your app, tell us why. Even if it's a bug - explain it (or at least make up something). I stopped installing updates that don't explicitly specify what's new - Sometimes Notifications work, sometimes they don't ??‍♂️ - Updating payment methods through the app is absolute disaster, and quite deceiving. It appears that your only option is to set up a WePay account (which removes your stripe connection) - Lastly, even though I have PayPal set up, for some reason the app tells me I don't and when I try to add it, nothing happens I believe in you guys! Be honest and open to users. You have something really good going, don't make us leave. Thanks, and I look forward to updating this review ?

Great little app. Does so much. Only wish for it to allow addition of that expense PayPal charges for transactions to make taxes even easier.

Seams like reeeeally good and helpfull app, but there is some bugs like i have to change currency in expenses two times to app accept the change. Overall is good.

I first tried And.co earlier this year when I had some unexpected freelance work. I liked a lot about it but was a little confused working it. After I got another unexpected client this month and he asked for an invoice, I gave them another try. WOW! Love the time tracker, the new onboarding and the fast chat responses. I also wanted to get paid online through Stripe because I use that for ecommerce and it’s my fav. So far so good and I think these guys are one to watch! If you have questions reach out and they will help you. Hopefully I get more projects so I can send more invoices :)
