Seriously the best!

The range of workouts, instructors, styles, is amazing for a free app! I use airplay to stream to my tv so it feels like a private trainer! You truly won’t regret downloading this. I feel noticeably better throughout my day after I do a workout in the morning and my headspace is right there with my body. My mental health has taken a plunge this last year and this app has helped so much by making working out easy and accessible. No need for a gym (unless you need that accountability!), just buy a yoga mat, some weights, some exercise bands, and possibly a block or two and you’re set!

Great free stuff

First off, the amount of content available for free is amazing. There are plenty of workouts to choose from, which is awesome. The main problem I’ve found is when I try to create a workout schedule, he app doesn’t listen to my elections (I choose 30+ min but only 2 or 3 workout within my 4 week program are over 30 min). I’ve tried adjusting my weight, my goal, & the workouts I like but nothing seems to really work. I’d really love to not have to find a new workout for myself every day, (like I said, it’s a lot to go through & choose from) but the scheduling doesn’t create a regiment I’m satisfied with rn.


Great workouts, pro version isn’t worth it

I was enjoying these awesome workouts for a few months and decided To upgrade to the full version to try and motivate myself more. I was so upset to find that there really isn’t any added value! I guess the music selection is nice, but the recipes don’t even have nutritional value on them. I don’t know what, but that was disappointing to me. Can we add that?

I just downloaded the app today and did my first exercise. It’s awesome that those are free. But nothing else is. The ad for it says “always free” but if you want anything other than exercise videos, you have to pay for a subscription. And anytime you do ANYTHING a pay wall pops up. You can exit out and get to videos, but I’ve been on the app for 5 minutes and been asked to pay for a subscription 10 times. Maybe don’t advertise as “totally free always” if that’s not the case. Other than that, I’m enjoying the exercises.

I’ve had this app for years on different phones but never used it, at least consistently. I’m tired of gaining weight and making up excuses. They have plenty of beginner workouts and yes some 10 minutes or less. Yes it’s hard especially if you aren’t active on a daily basis. But what is harder working out or being fat. In my head I know the more I do the easier it gets and soon I’ll be intermediate. I can only speak for myself since COVID all I do Is read, eat & sleep. What’s my excuse? None except laziness. What is your excuse? Do you not have 7-15 minutes a day?

First workout was awesome. That said, I can’t access the daily workouts. Everyone I try to link into, does not connect. I tried blue tooth, WiFi, and even sent a msg to ask how to access this “free” program. So far I have missed the entire week of this app other than the first day. All I get is a promotion to pay for the app. Anton have an answer to this please feel free to share Stars are falling in my rating Just deleted and reloaded again. Worked for a couple days. No one answers the technical questions I send for help to fix this problem . I would am beyond frustrated.

This app is fabulous and I’ve been recommending it to everyone. The variation in exercise type, fitness targets, class length and instructors makes it so much easier to fit a workout into a busy schedule and keep things interesting. It also helped me ease back into working out after I’d been neglecting it for a while. You can really push on days where you have more time and can fit in something short and sweet when you don’t. It’s been so helpful for getting back into shape.
