I usually don’t write reviews but I have to for this app. I’ve used it for almost 2 years and it helped me during the pandemic, not only physically but mentally. I was hooked from the moment I started using it. The fact that they offer so many workouts for free is AMAZING!!!!! They offer workouts for all levels and you can always go at your own pace. The trainers are amazing as is the selection of workouts. You have nothing to lose since it’s a free app so go for it!

FitOn has been a game changer in my life. The variety of workouts is awesome.

Really like this app. Love the videos for short workouts. Great for little mini sessions throughout the day. Easy to navigate and good variety.

Other than some basic workouts this isn’t as advertised. You have to pay for certain courses and there’s a pro plan to unlock most features. Not something I’d complain about but when other paid workout apps have better features and more robust workouts and they strongly advertise as being free, it seems like they’re trying to trick you.

As a working mom and master’s degree student, it’s hard to find the time to go to gym. Not to mention, the covid pandemic placed more time constraints. I enjoy the workouts and love that I can do it in the comfort of my home anytime, any day. Getting back into shape postpartum is definitely within reach!
