I love the very clear demonstration of how to do an exercise to ensure the proper muscles are being used. This app is amazing for automatically tracking weight and rep ranges, allows for a heavy focus on barbell lifts, and helps you to be as efficient as possible in the gym.

I have to say, I have used many apps and this is the best yet. It analyzes my workout and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure a perfect workout. Amazing. And with the combination of my Apple Watch is the cherry on top. I recommend this to anyone Novice or Expert.

Not for someone new

I was hoping this would tell me what days to work what, which is what I’m needing. Instead, you just check a bunch of exercises, and they are all listed on the workouts. Not even different days. I don't know if I’m supposed to be doing four leg workouts, because every leg workout is listed. Why? That isn’t helpful. I’m still so lost. I really need, and wanted a coach to tell me “you’re doing these four things on leg day” not list every leg workout there is an hope for the best.

Really enjoying working out with the app. I used to be a huge gym rat but my career kind of took over. The app helps me get into the gym and have a killer workout without having to think about a workout plan. Definitely worth it!

My Favorite Workout App

This app is hands down my favorite app for exercise. I prefer strength/weight training, and I love that this app creates a program for me to follow while taking my stats for each workout into consideration. The fact that it also tailors the workouts based on the equipment I have is amazing. It also gives an option to choose alternative exercises if you would like to change one or more out.
