Downloaded this app. Paid to upgrade and nothing. Well not nothing. I’m out ten bucks. No response from the creators, no money back.

Not what I paid for twice!!

A long while back I liked and used Fitday and wanted to restart my account. That was all good until now I need a pro upgrade to use the weight tracker, so I purchased it. Was never able to excess any of the upgraded features. Thought perhaps I didn't enter payment info in correctly and so I preceded to order it a second time. 3 days later both purchases show up on my bank statement and still no access through to the upgraded features. Finally found an email online and wrote to them last week. Have heard nothing in return. Worst customer service ever. Don't buy from these folks.

I would have contacted the developer instead of writing a bad review. I paid for the mobile upgrade but none of the features were unlocked.... sadly disappointed so far.

Disappointment in Weight Log

I downloaded this ap because I have health and physique goals. When I went to put my baseline weight measure in, the button ended up disappearing. I went to add the goal and the AP kept showing an error message. I got the other features to work but unfortunately this was one of my main indicators for my 90-day plan. I logged a support question in the forum and hope to get a response. Another issue is the mobile user experience. I used the AP on my touchscreen device but went to log in on my mobile, since my credentials were not recognized I decided to reset them but found out there is no retrieve password or change password option. That's disappointing also because it is a waste of time.

Upgrade does not work

I paid for the premium upgrade and the features never became unlocked. I now see from reviews that other users have had the same issue. Has anyone figured out how to get a refund? I'm very disappointed because I had been using the FitDay website for years and entering data which is all now hidden because the app tells me I don't have premium access even though I have paid for it multiple times!!! Horrible app. Update to my review-any attempts to contact FitDay come back as message undeliverable. They charged me not once but twice for the upgrade I never received. This should be illegal.

Mine is stuck on free even though i paid!!!

Not happy about this!!! So the app is now stuck (on stupid) on the free version even though i paid. It even says i have already paid when i try to purchase. This is just dumb. I want my money back.

****Update: I emailed the company through the website under "Report a bug". They emailed me back in less than 2 hrs and have corrected the issue. **** The upgrade did not unlock anything. I just paid $10.99 and nothing changed. My account shows that it was debited though. I should have read the reviews! This is ridiculous!
