Good game, but needs an update; it wiped out my progress!!

Typically a fun game, but today, I tried to buy the "aeration system" for my tank, and the game took my money and everything else that I'd already bought--down to the "cleaning snail". So, since my tanks have no upgrades anymore almost all of my fish have died. Kinda killed the experience for me... I'll play again, but maybe not until an update comes out or I can get my stuff refunded. :( Update: I decided to try again and just cut my losses. After I upgraded a few things, the game took it all except for my current fish, again. Until this problem is fixed, the game is disappointing. Please fix!

I enjoy the game for the most part. Only complaint I have is that it’s cost so much to buy things. You either have to watch ads all day or spend money to only purchase one item. You don’t get a lot of coins for the amount that you pay.

There are a lot of bugs to fix. It’s constantly saying can’t connect to server try again and I have full service. I’ve watched several ads for gems and after the ad is over it says something went wrong and I don’t get the gems. The fish die way to easy. Other than that I love it.

Love the came, especially since they put the pause in. One problem I have is the findex for the species. You should have it so that when you tap on a fish species in the findex it will tell you the fish line on how it got there so you can either repeat it, if you want, or make sure that you don’t repeat it. That is my biggest complaint. Also, you need a storage box. This way you can put items away that you already bought so you can change the way the tanks look, especially for seasonal. I hope you fix it. Thank for a great game otherwise.

i was really starting to like this game after playing for a few days. before i went to bed about 2 night ago, i woke up to all my fish gone and my game restarting. i brushed it off because all games have flaws, i figured there was no harm since i just started. but once i started my new game, i wasn’t given fish food. all my fish keep dying because i can’t feed them. also, everything is too expensive. if you need to buy something, you have to keep watching ads to get money. it’s a good game but definitely needs many improvements.

I hav3 been a fan of LDW since VVI. Well excluding virtual families, those were just okay. I had a problem here with the game freezing while selling items, crashing after losing connection with server. I wrote about the issue and I was happily recompensed (way above what should have been given). And the issue is gone. So, thank you LDW for being one of the very few developers that cares about the customers that spend money on their games!
Game won’t open.

After about 3 days, the game will no longer open. It continues “loading” and never opens again. Loved the game when it opened.
