Every since the new update whenever someone tries to buy my fish the app closes. I cleared the cache & still not working properly ?

My fish died, so i revived them, and the the game shut off, went back on the game, then all fish are dead again, and my gens arent there!!

The game crashes every time I try to sell fish. Love the game but I won’t play or recommend until the developers fix this issue. Then I’ll give it 4 stars.
It’s not letting me play

The game keeps crashing on me and it’s very laggy along with the fishes lagging too it’s ok but I’m not enjoying the lag and crashing I can’t play the game at all... Edit: Another update, I cant seem to get the sickness out of the fish,I’ve spent a lot of money but the fish is still sick it is also still lagging and kicking me out of the game every time I click for some free money watching an add or clicking the attractions to see if I have enough money to buy it or not.ok I keep trying to play the game but now it’s kicking me out for no reason.Im afraid I’m gonna have to give it one star for now. Please fix it. My WiFi is working nothings wrong.
Constantly Crashes & Terrible Customer Support

After emailing back and forth concerning the constant crashes and the loss of approximately 85% to 90% of fish in three tanks I deleted the app. They refused to bring the dead fish back to life or to reimburse me. They also explained that I didn’t lose any fish. I also spent money on supplies multiple times trying to keep my fish alive and also reviving my fish so that I would not lose all the progress that I had made on the game. No compensation was offered and they insinuated that I was a liar. It would have cost the company $0 to replace the three tanks with the fish or to up my coins to purchase the lost fish. I probably would have continued playing had they at least offered an honest apology and not insinuated I was a liar. I gave them 1 star because the I enjoyed the game the few times it worked.

Game as itself is a great game, only issue I’m having is it’ll freeze up and not connect to server when my connection is direct? Other than that good game. Needs updates tho

I just downloaded the game and can’t seem to even load the game without it crashing and it saying cannot connect to “my server”. Need to fix this, because i’ve been playing the old fish tycoon for a while and loved the game
