hello my team uses this app and it’s rly not cool when u get a notifications and it doesn’t show the actual msg so u have to open up the app and it’s actually just someone saying “ok” . Also the last time this app was updated was last year and u can tell . It needs to be updated so bad please do it soon please... thanks.

Love the app, but not sure it is still a supported app. Been having issues with feature within the app and have tried to contact the app developer by email and phone from the contact info on their website. Have received no response back from emails and calls go directly to voicemail.

1) Please improve layout. Calendar and main menu button are too small. 2) please display confirmation status on calendar so user can see the status without having to drill several layers down

First touch app is great! Love the easy to use app with the ability to use the website also. Parents enjoyed it too. The alerts function to either reschedule, cancel at event, etc is a major plus. Recommend it to any coach at any level. Great way to communicate to everyone.

We are a D1 volleyball team and use this for our team calendar as well as ALL team communication. Since starting with FT we've had no issues of mis communication or slip ups with practice times, bus departures, meetings, etc. love it!!!

⚽️⚽️ with 18 kids on the roster I can alert the parent and player of changes. Set up practice/games. on the calendar with location. Very easy to use and the parents love it as well

Love app so far! I have separate groups set up for Throwers, Jumpers, Vaulters, Hurdlers, Short Sprinters and Distance. Each event Coach can post specific workouts for their athletes and communicate with them like a private chat room :-) Calendar is great for parents/athletes to see our practice & meet schedule! Photo/Video Gallery allows me to share pics & videos w athletes and parents! Multi Faceted App that allows me to perform MULTIPLE functions and save LOTS of time! Great App!
Communication issues solved

The communication issues I had with my players and parents with texts going through or not were solved with this nifty app. I was able to setup all three levels for my HS teams (Varsity, JV, and Freshman) and was able to send a message out to just that group of players, coaches, parents or everyone. A must have for any team!!

As a HS coach, this app has delivered everything I have needed to communicate effectively with my team. From having our team store on the app to video files for athletes to look over to overall text, alerts and chats. Great resource and the support to get you through any questions has been Awesome!! If you want a app that is all in one, First Touch will be that!!
