Parents love the accessibility and I appreciate the transparency and accountability. Staff have been very quick to respond to questions of issues. Best decision we've made for our teams in a long time!

Been the coach for 6 years but I do not teach in building so communication has always been an issue. Came across First Touch and it has been the single best addition to our program. The parents rave about it and I can reach the kids at any time. As a football coach having quick access to parents for safety reasons is important and this app does that. Excited as I can also use for baseball season in spring and both are available on phone, just a click to go between the two. Best part was I was able to talk with FT directly when starting out to help with any questions. So if you are out their struggling with team communication get the app and see for your self!!
Best mobile app for communicating with my teams

The Nomads Soccer Club has used First Touch for three years now and consider it our go to method of communicating with our players and their families. I highly recommend First Touch.

First Touch is an easy to use app that has really saved the coach and I time for communicating to our swim team. Our coach isn't that technologically adept but he has really embraced the app and put it to good use as a tool to communicate to the team. The calendar features are easy to use and update and the Alerts are useful to broadcast messages in real time.
Awesome app for high school sports teams!

First Touch is awesome! My son's coach at Emmett O'Brien Technical High School used it for football and now baseball. It's a great way for the team and families to communicate and keep up to date with the calendar and any schedule changes. This app makes participating so easy!

Horrible design and user experience. It is like there is not one person in the company that either plays or has a child that plays a team sports. I have had to use the app for 2 years for my son's club and I hate every time I have to use it. I can recommending my son's club find a different tool next season.

I coach multiple teams throughput the year and communication is always an issue especially here in Florida with ever changing weather. Everything can change in a moment, the "Alert" tab can send a message to everyone in a instant. We have competition all over the area and once I set the calendar and add the address, this now becomes a one touch stop to get gps directions to each site. I also downloaded pictures from my tennis matches and uploaded them to my gallery for viewing! The support that I've received has been fantastic. The support staff has walked me through everything and I have talked to them live! I highly recommend this communication tool to everyone and more and more teams are jumping onboard daily. Not a great user experience

As a coach and parent user, I feel that are much better apps available. Maybe for the coach it is good but for players/parents it is an awful experience. Bad UI and horrible flow makes it difficult to navigate. I think the folks at First Touch only focused on the coaches and not the players or parents. I would recommend many other apps before first touch.
