You know, its no use for "private" browsing if any link i click is going to launch the official app on my iphone where I am logged with my account. Instagram, Wikipedia, Safari, YouTube, IMDB, Reddit...etc

Simply horrible

pholly

There are a couple of small problems with this app but one huge problem made me delete it. I have an iPhone 6 Plus which is getting old but it runs all my other apps fine but for some reason when I use this app on certain websites the app becomes unresponsive and then crashes ALL the apps on my phone. It seems to be some sort of memory issue but it’s annoying and luckily I figured out what the issue was because I was considering getting a new phone for a while.

Keeping for the content blocker

Add. Tabs. I get it’s meant to be lean and focused. But add tabs and I’ll use it exclusively. There’s so good reason not to have them unless you don’t have the time to add them in or don’t want to spend the time to add them. As it is I’m just keeping it for the content blocker for Safari. I love the purple.

Why Firefox defaults to "Android" when I'm a iOS user?

I love using this app but somehow it defaults to "Android" as if I'm using the app from a android phone! I'm a apple user always have been, can anyone explain this to me? Or how I can update to iOS and it not be defaulted to Android? Thank you! Very Serious

i want to like this but there’s no tabs

i get it. this app is meant to be minimalist, adblocking and best yet, everything is private. but there’s still sites that show pop up ads and it replaces the entire prior website and you have no choice just to close out. pretty much the websites that still bypass with pop up ads is unusable because the pop up will show and since this app doesn’t have tabs where the pop up ad usually opens up, the pop up ad is what you’re left with.

Best browser for iOS, hands down!

Loads quickly, reliable, blocks ads/trackers. Proud of Mozilla for standing up to those annoying advertising bums!

No privacy and missing safari features.

Does not give desktop request option like safari does. Also, sites like Reddit seems to still know my location while using this browser.

Great web Browser

I like this app a lot and I'm an avid Firefox user. However, for a privacy focus app, I'd love to see a better ad blocking feature, and social media icon blocks implemented before I give this 5 stars.

Cool, but why is this necessary?

I’ve been using Firefox for over a decade since a tech savvy friend magiced it in my computer. I thought customizing the browser functions was the key selling point for Mozilla, and minimizing tracking and adds was one of them? Most of the add-ons I’ve used over the years have become irrelevant as Mozilla has incorporated their capabilities into their browser. So while I really like the concept, I’m not sure why it’s necessary? It’s kind of frustrating because of the nature of the app makes it so saved bookmarks and passwords for sites I visit frequently can’t be saved. How is this different from the regular Firefox browser incognito mode or otherwise? Do I now have to have 3 browsers (bc you can’t uninstall Safari on iOS -_-) munching data on my phone if I want a way to save my logins/passwords and a good private browser? Also will there ever be a way to set Firefox as the default browser so we can open links in apps straight to Firefox instead of Safari?

Bug

On 11.1 third party keyboards show up instead of the stock keyboard. On 10.3.3 only the stock keyboard showed up.. Increasing privacy
