But the app has been really really slow lately. - It takes forever to load when you open it. It’s not the internet issue either as i have tried it both on LTE and 100+ mb/s connection. It didn’t use to be like this. This is a huge issue as I use this app to kill time on my down times at the hospital and the slowness takes away from my productivity in the little time that I have. - it reloads the app entirely when you switch between apps. For example if you get a text while working on a deck and the go back to the app, the screen blanks out without any of your tasks and waits to sync back up with the severs. Like it completely forgot what it was doing 2 second ago. I have ADHD, This app shouldn’t. - it doesn’t communicate with the servers properly and the progress bars for daily tasks won’t update according to what you have done on the desktop version. This didn’t use to be an issue, but since the update to iOS 11, it has been having tons of syncing issues. (ie, if you finish a task on the desktop version, you won’t get the check mark next to it on the mobile version or get the color coded result bars beneath a task and they appear undone) The iPad app is even worse and absolutely frustrating to work with. I have designed my study schedule around firecracker and rely on its ability to sync between different platforms while at the hospital. It’s embarrassing to have these bugs in 2017. I have been a huge advocate for firecracker and have been recommending it to many of my MS1-MS3 friends. If this does get fixed I may have to switch to OME Flashback app, Uwolrd flash cards or just start making my own Anki decks again. So please fix it.
