One of the worst working apps without internet

Hardly ever works to send messages without internet and on top of that the app is barely navigable without an internet connection and you can click something while offline that just causes it to freeze. If offline chat was not supposed to be a feature you would think that the developer had never even considered the app would be used offline. Very sad bc they could dominate this category if they actually made it work.

This app lies it does not work with no internet it’s to complicated don’t download it. It’s a waste of time :/

As a Floridian and it being hurricane season (Dorian, Sept 2, 2019) here and the only app I can find that doesn't require data or internet and I can't even register to use the app. It gives me an error as soon as I open the app. Even deleted and downloaded again. Gives me service unavailable (503). Given the unpredictability of hurricanes, it'd be comforting to have an app allowing me to communicate with family and friends should anything happen.
