I started this game about a month after release and play casually about 4 times a week. Through playing and just occasionally being active I’ve managed to climb to the top tiered arenas and leaderboards consistently for the past months. The game is a fair game in the aspect of characters because every collectible character is capable of being useful. The concept of the game isn’t to shell out money but rather understand the hidden and not so hidden mechanics of the game. It’s a rewarding game that definitely requires interaction but isn’t that the purpose of apps?

Even though Fire Emblem Heros is one of those “gacha games” as ive been hearing them being called, this game still has the good ol’ gameplay of being a fire emblem game. There are many heros to collect which you can use to form a team of 4 to tackle the many challenges using your collection’s advantages. Unfortunately, it does boil down to a mobile game in the end, and the endgame is a bit lacking with not much to do after everything is completed besides buying premium currency for the chance to get more of your favorite heros, though its sort of pointless with there nothing to do. It does take awhile to burn things out though and the start of the game is pretty generous. Game is quite fun all things considered, though the nature of the gacha stuff will tend to disappoint people eventually when their favorite heros refuse to pop up.

I love love love this game!!!! My only problem is that it's so difficult to get orbs once you've done all the paralogues and story mode types :(

One Of My Favorite Games Ever!

I have to say, this is honestly one of my favorite games on my phone, it’s basically the only game I play! The artwork, the voice actors, and everything about Fire Emblem Heroes is really beautiful and stunning. I am very excited for tomorrow when Lyon’s GHB comes back, so I really look forward to that! Also, a suggestion from me would be a Hero/Item/Weapon Shop. It would be located in the Arena and you could buy 3 or 4 star heroes, along with items and weapons with the Arena Medals you earn after defeating other players! I think this feature would be very cool and I think Arena Medals would be somewhat used more than just for weapon refines. One more thing: do you think you could add Takumi’s (Empty Vessel) GHB again? (I also think that Julius should get a weapon refine because I think he would definitely be more powerful, and probably more people would use him if he did. Plus, he’s my favorite hero that I have right now and I love him to death. :))

I’ve loved Fire Emblem ever since I’ve played Fire Emblem Awakening. I think Fire Emblem for smart phones like iPhone and Android is a pretty good idea.

The app is really great and is a fun twist in the Fire Emblem series! Though a few characters should really not be in the game (like Jagen) but it can’t be helped... There should also be an option to trade your heroes with a friends! That would be really great! Keep up the great work!

Fun game. Wish you could just pay 20 orbs for a character you want, but gambling is gambling I guess. As with most Nintendo games, this is very well made, with little to no bugs / glitches. If you’re a fan of xcom, anime, Nintendo, fire emblem or anything really, you should try this game. If you don’t like anything for some reason, you should still play this.
