App does a decent job of tracking. Has some delay even on a paid version. Delay sometimes take up to an hour to recalculate the position of the member.
Don’t bother with this useless app

Constantly stops working and does not accurately show locations. Sometimes it goes more than 24 hrs without updating and very frequently says a person is one place when they are another. Today as I write this a family member’s location has not been updated for 2 hrs and they are away out of town so I have no idea if they are safe or not using this app. Not reliable at all!

We changed to new iPhones and now we look at the history for the day while we are at home and shows us going everywhere over 20-30 miles away. This is not good

My daughter went to California, and the app wasn’t able to update. It wouldn’t show her location, but her friends mom was able to get her daughters location on a different app. She has a free app, and I paid $14.99 for the premium, and the free one works better!! I tried to find a email or anything to get a return, and I can’t find anything.

I’m 33, I live in Iowa and my parents live in New Mexico and my mom would get worried when I don’t answer the phone because I would be sleeping or busy cleaning the house so my mom asked if I would download this so she wouldn’t worry so much so I did and it has help tremendously I like how I can check in when I’m at home or work plus my mom can can see in detail what street I’m at or what business I’m either at or near

When the app works, it’s wonderful knowing that my kids are safe. When it works, it’s nice when the kids know where my husband and I are without texting us..especially when we’re driving and can’t answer them. I wish there were an update that could help the app work more often. I just checked on my kids and it has been over 24 hours since the app updated. Is there anyway to correct this without having the kids phones here with me?
