This app was ok but decided to go with a different app and when I tried to delete from my two son’s phone it wouldn’t let me. I tried contacting the makers and they basically told me it’s not their issue. So I have been trying to delete it with no luck so far.

I had this app for a year , first 3 months was working fine and after that stopped working so i decided to pay for premium and i thought is going to fix a problem but nothing happened, now i paid for premium but i can’t get the money back. it’s been 4 months and just showed me my location, that’s all . i changed the code on my friends and family couple of times but works only for that moment and after that nothing. ??? I decide to install life 360 and i’m happy with it . no problem at all . works great.

I didn’t like it until you canceled everybody on here with no reason I don’t understand I need a contact number to talk to someone or at least text me.

Don’t bother with this one. It keeps crashing and it will freeze your phone where u have to shut down your phone and re start. Ever since they merged with Family Locator LLC, it’s just unusable . And they don’t care, they haven’t even tried fixing it. I’m deleting it and going with a much better more reliable gps family tracker app. This one is truly one of the worst. Too bad, it used to be decent. It was never very accurate but it was usable. Now I can’t even open the app, a window keeps popping up telling u that they merged with LLC and that u have to click on I Agree. Well I did click on it and NOTHING happened . Just a frozen screen u can’t get out of til u shut down your phone. I’m sure they are aware of the problem but just DON’T CARE.

I can no longer use as all it does is say can not connect. Paid for a year of tracking and got 2 weeks before it quit working. Please fix or refund my money.

No way to contact support, I paid the $15 for the premium real time tracking but it doesn’t work, it logs me out and drops me and I have to add myself back but now I’m double, so I just deleted it, don’t waste the money

The app has an issue and can’t triangulate location or use GPS very accurately. My 73 year old mother constantly shows leaving her home at 2 and 3 am and it wanders around within a couple MF miles all while she is actually home sleeping. I purchased to keep up with my teenage driving son, my pilot husband so I could remember where he was each night, and my mother who never sits still and is always out and about (during the day). It has been a waste of money and doesn’t always locate. My son was home last night for an hour before it said he was “entering the safe zone home”. Don’t bother with this one.

It’s great because I can see where my son is. What’s not great is I don’t know how many times I’ve paid the fee for “lifetime” tracking, which is history and real-time tracking. I’m not sure what gets screwed up here but it’s annoying. And it’s like $15 each time. Lifetime usually means forever. Also know, there is an option for yearly as well. I’ll do some research and be looking for another tracking app.
