But this is definitely amazing and brings back all the memories of Final Fantasy over the years :)

This is such a nostalgic game, bringing back the best of pixel sprites and bringing them into modern animation. I love the battle system, and the story is great. An awesome addition to the Final Fantasy franchise!

Incredible f2p game

If you are a FF fan, you should be playing this game. The game is very easy to play for free, given enough time and effort. Even the end-game content! The global version (this version) has really stepped up their content lately. We got a ton of collab events, free mythril, fast updates compared to Japan, and just overall better communication. Thanks Dena! I only docked one star due to a slow customer service incident where I almost lost my account, and high priced relic-draws.

Put some respect on your money and time

I can’t in conscious recommend this game. While the artwork and sounds are great, the fact that this game is structured the way it is with so many micro transactions is enough to make this game not worth the time investment. Especially now with how Square straight up cancelled Mobius and now Union Cross. Why would you ever put time or money into a game that could just end literally at any time? I suggest that no one at the very least put a penny into this game, but after how they cancelled 2 of their most popular games, I suggest no one plays it at all.

Been playing this game since it was released 6 years ago. I have also played most every other mobile Final Fantasy game since, though all others have met the dreaded delete button. Two things this game has that the others didn’t: 1. Time commitment friendly: The main reason I stopped playing other FF games is that using stamina, even on auto-battle, as well as completing daily missions just took too much time out of my day. Daily missions in FFRK take no more than 5 minutes a day, and you can use up 12 hours’ worth of stamina on auto-battle in a few minutes. There is no rush to do the weekly events or end-game content. 2. F2P gacha friendly: I probably spend $100-$150 per year on gems, but you could easily not spend a single penny and get through it okay. The end game bosses would have to wait until you draw enough relics or for powercreep, and there isn’t any need to finish difficult fights right away anyways.

I love this game but here’s my issue

I’ve had this game since the start launch. And I’ve loved it ever since!!! I’ve never spent a dime on the game except for the time where they had the anniversary bundle their second year for operation which was fairly cheap and not that bad of a deal hehehe I got my noctis high level thanks to that bundle! And since I’ve been playing for so long it pains me to say that I’m a have to leave this review with what has been happening recently. Recently I’ve been having to load longer only to see the message of a error has occurred or something to that effect and I have to either retry or return back to menu which just leads to an endless cycle of me waiting and it’s saying the same thing. I try to reinstall the app and see if I could fix the issue that way but nothing seems to come of it and it pains me to lose out on all the six year anniversary stuff but I can’t play the game the way it’s functioning and until a later update fixes the issue i’m just gonna have to delete the app and it pains me to say this because this was one of my favorite Final Fantasy mobile apps out there because of how unique it was and how easy it was to get currency to summon! However as of today I’m sorry to say this but I’m a have to delete the app ;(i’ve been a supporter since the beginning but up until now I haven’t received the same love that I’ve been giving the game for five years...

I played this game loyally since it was released but over the last month no battles load. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I spent a lot of money over the years playing this but that ends now. I encourage any new players to stay away.
