I love this app. However, since I’ve updated it the export to my Dropbox is no longer working. There is no option for it. I only see “on this phone” and “cloud”. When I go to my settings it does say that my Dropbox is already installed... trying to log into FD website to get customer support has failed multiple times as well...

I got the app to test FD11 before buying. I imported my old scripts, started revising one, got the first draft completed, started editing, and now, I open the file and it’s all jammed up - action lines spliced with scene headings, dialog mixed with character names, etc. I tried backing out and saving what was there and contain the errors; but scrolling further I see the errors keep going. I see saved versions from days ago, but nothing from yesterday when I at least finished the first draft. My measly $10 back would be nice, but the 30+ hours of work would be nicer.

This app works great between the desktop and mobile version. I personally like using Dropbox to keep things saved and working well between the two. I find it helps to be able to have the app on me at al times in case inspiration strikes somewhere that I am not with my computer!

Pretty unusable if you want to do anything more than type. Selecting text is very hard. Can’t select more text than what you see in your screen at one time so copying any large bodies of text within your document is tricky. Copy and paste options are weak as a whole. You cannot copy from a pdf and paste into fdx for some reason. You will spend more time battling formatting and the program not doing simple things that any text document should be able to do than being creative.

This app crashes every few keystrokes on the iPad Pro. Unusable. They should not be charging money for this.

I’ve been using Final draft for almost 20 years and it has always crashed. I switched to Celtx and came back with high hopes that Final Draft had fixed its issues. Oy. Oy very vey. I’ve purchased both the iOS app and Desktop versions and here I am with 5 page files growing to 50 mb, unreliable syncing — I wanted you to be the one, Final Draft. I, really, really did.
