I’ve tried to get in touch with customer care, but no one cares to reply to any of my emails. Your MacOS app only supports Mojave. It’s been a year and there’s no update available. This is so frustrating.

Well i say "works" for some reason it wont stay connected for about 1 second but doesnt show any UL or DL data has proccesed and no sooner than it connects to the leptop, it disconnects immediately. I hope you will make a fix for this. Im running an iphone 11. Not sure if its compatibility issues or what. Cause ive tried resetting my pc, reinstalling the fetch software on it. Diagnosing it and it says that it says that ethernet doesnt have a valid ip address. Mostly because for whatever reason my phone disconnect immediately not sure if there is a fix for this or not. I'll keep trying a little bit longer. If you do get this fixed though i would give this possibly a 5 star rating. But for now i cant. Please respond UPDATE: it works but as ive just read many pointed out, it has limitations which is next to useless whenever you already have unlimited data to stream youtube with i wanted to game or stream with it but this is not the case. So with that i'll stay with my 1-2 star rating until this changes

It only works for your web browser. You can’t use the Internet for anything else other than your web browser.

This app is worthless. The speed that I get with this app is in kb/s, while the speed I get through my carrier is > 50 mb/s, tested. Do not buy this app.

I have AT&T service but can’t get my phone to link to my PC. I followed the directions and waisted 2 hours of my night. I’m a field supervisor, and need net on the road. Guess I’ll just have to keep using just my cell. Sad. Thought this was going to be great.

You don’t get any of the speeds promised. I get about 2 kB/s with this app. I cannot do anything. Tried to get a refund and was denied.

I paid for the app and tried on my laptop and it worked once and that was it... So beware of what you buy because there are no guarantees in this store so hopefully other people will see this and won’t waste their money on something that doesn’t work !!!!
Not Compatible with Big Sur on MacBook Pro

I’m willing to change this if the app can get an update to include working with Big Sur. I tried using it just now and upon opening the installer, I got a notification that this app wasn’t compatible with the version of MacOS I’m running. I think the “idea” of this app is absolutely phenomenal, but as far as functionality it’s a zero.
