I always believed that the social side of the period tracker should be optional! Many topics I would like to be opt out of. You can choose your favorites but not hide any of the tabs

There are so many ads/pop ups to buy their subscription, it’s honestly very annoying. I use two apps and they don’t have nearly as many pop ups to subscribe compared to this app. I barely use it because of this.
New update ugh

The new update forced me to log out. And forget trying to reset your password - the website times out. Now I have a useless app and a useless thermometer.
App spontaneously reset my account! All data lost! No help from support

Edit: the customer service was able to restore my data and fix my account. I would recommend this app but be prepared to reach out to them if you encounter this issue _____________________________________ I have had this app since august. This morning it logged me out. When I logged back in using my Apple ID my account was gone and in its place was a brand new account. I am still subscribed to the prime app but now the app won’t recognize it and I fear all my data is gone. I paid $50 for a thermometer and $10 a month for the app. The app keeps trying to get me to subscribe to prime even though I’m currently subscribed. The company won’t help me recover my data. I have reached out multiple times for help and have yet to receive a response. For $10 an app I expect good customer service, particularly for items in the wellness category. Also, this app constantly asks for a rating and the pop ups are annoying but go away if you give 5 stars so this app is likely overrated to stop the annoying messages.

I’ve enjoyed using this app so far but this eel I am traveling out of the country (US) with my phone fully activated for internet and calls. All my other apps work with no problem. I have not been able to use this one at all. I tried deleting it and uploading again and it keeps closing, i did this twice. I reached out to costumer service via Instagram; I only heard back the first time I reached out.
