Confusing and buggy, swiched to Inoreader

MGhostSoft

What have I been waiting for in the past two years? This app is so confusing and buggy. Can you believe that you have to manually refresh EVERY time in order to synchronize the read status back to the server, so that the articles you have read are actually marked as read? Can you believe that this app offers several options of page turning, but continuous scrolling is NOT one of them? I had been bearing it for a long time just because I thought it would take lots of effort to switch. The dealbreaker was that since some day, the read status was not even synced on the webpage. I did a quick Google search on alternations and tried out Inoreader. It supports importing from Feedly and everything just worked immediately. All feeds as well as stared articles were imported. The whole process took 5 minutes. Thanks for making the service worse so that I discovered a better option.

Not Accessible for Zoom

PasMaj

Seems like a great resource for news, but does not work well with Zoom. When search menu is open, and the zoom activated, menu closes or treats the "3 finger" gesture as a single click. Hope they get it fixed at some point.

Service Itself Becoming Bloated

chazview

Have used Feedly since Google stopped offering it's RSS reader, and for the past couple years as a Pro subscriber. The service has become frustratingly inconsistent over the past months as they add more and more functionality. Wish they had a setting for 'I just want a great basic RSS reader that always works and is never down'. I won't be continuing my subscription as I've discovered the AOL RSS service. That's right, AOL, who knew...? It's very much like what Feedly was like when it was better. The AOL RSS website is excellent as well, a more thought out Settings UI is a luxury after using Feedly's for so long.

Love Feedly!

EverFan2012

I've tried several RSS readers over the years and Feedly is the closest to getting it right. Feedly "finds" any blog I want to follow easily, sorts the blogs I follow into categories, and allows me to read just new posts for the day or all posts in any category that I haven't read. I can also send links to email or social media, save posts I want to come back to, and mark posts as "unread" when I glance at it but want to read again throughly....basically, this RSS works like it should, unlike others (ahem, Bloglovin') that don't. Only one feature missing in my book: when I go to a link in a post, I am unable to save that web page in the reader...overall, though, love it!

On top of the blogs I follow

MIATA Girl

Love having all the blogs I follow in one place. This app has worked perfectly every time I use it. Adding new blogs is easy peasy.

Crash

TJ-D

I used to love this App as my RSS reader. Now, it crashes with almost any content with pictures or video on my iPad. Worse part about that is losing the article when restarting the App. Actively looking for another App.

Love it and use it!

The best!

Instability

Mlander2

Some publications load partially then reload repeatedly, thus impossible to read.atlantic in particular. Used feedly happily for several years before this, but if it doesn't get fixed I'll be looking for another aggregator.
