The app didn't have all the options I wanted for my prints but it still let me place an order and have a human call me.

So easy to use - I ordered today for first time & it was fast! I haven’t picked up yet but expect the quality to be at the usual Fedex level! Exciting!

If you don’t create an account AND login BEFORE you start loading things, you will waste an hour and a half loading 42 documents from your email inbox and then the app will time out and wipe everything out of your print queue and your cart. This just happened to me. Whoever set it up like this should be fired.

Credit card entry finicky. Didn't remember card info or offer to remember

I guess it's getting there. Nice it exists. - Map doesn't show my current location so hard to accurately pick a FedEx location. - Can't just print to it from Apple print item (may be iOS limitation) - crashed after I sent a PDF to it from within Google docs. Reopened and doc was there - doesn't open to a good place when you send it a doc - want it to accept Apple pay and maybe let me pay at register Needs work!

I love this app. I don’t print a lot so this service is ideal and the turn around time is great. It’s easy to use.

The website ordering is so impossible I almost gave up on kinkos— but the app took all of 60 seconds to work! Big improvement!

Apps works but prices are hidden with the location

After placing a large order of several templates, went to store and realized the standard paper on app is 32lb instead of 24lb. So I was charged additional amount for heavier paper. Discussed with team member and they said it’s nothing they could do to change it. It would be more beneficial to have highlighted selections on the App instead.

Works great! PLEASE add Apple Pay. Having to enter payment info each time discourages me from using it more frequently.

Good app, but needs a little more adaptability

Works well enough w/o talking face to face w/a technician, but just wish there were an ability to add & modify several files at once --since all my files had the same needs & restrictions. Also an ability to make sure some pics were landscape or vertical.
