App doesn’t work like computer version

allgoodnamestaken1111

The app is poorly made. It doesn’t have the functionality of the desktop version. I load PDF files, and it says that they are non-standard, so I can pay online. What a joke of an app.

Rude office staff

Smartas1978

After placing my order I had a question. The staff was rude and hung up on me before even confirming my name. Not accommodating at all!!!

Doesn't connect to my Dropbox

CosJap

Every time i open the app, i have to reset the permission to connect to Dropbox and it never fully connects.

Memories to Life?

Phalanex

This app is my number #1 favorite. It has allowed our family to enjoy scrapbooking and other projects. Thank you so much!

Decent, could use work.

JustForreal

The printing works wonderful, however, if you want to track a package you have to find the little icon in the top left corner. This should be an option on one of the huge squares. It also takes you out of app to track the package - if I wanted to use Chrome to track my package why would I need this app?

WOW!

cbreeze44

Puts the customer in control of how, what, where and when. Nice job!

App won't allow double sided printing

Paul Jab

I have been trying desperately to open two documents at once to make a two sided print copy. No luck. Can only open one document at a time. Deleting the app.

FedEx office

wiganerwiganer123?!

Clumsy and awkward to use. Address says ‘optional’ but then requires input of city etc. I hated this experience. Steve Clarke

FedUp

Won’t be doing business again with FedEx while they partner with the NRA.

Pick orders DO NOT need mailing addresses

Flashlight awesomeness

It’s annoying to have to put in your mailing address for a pick up order. This is so unnecessary. Makes it very irritating and tedious. Fix the bug. Exactly how is that “convenient” as a consumer? Thought the app was called Print & Go. Not too pleased with this app
