I had to purchase 30 pages to finally send 10 pages (supposedly you only get charged for what you use but I had to pay $16.26 as though I sent 30 pages), then it tells me when completed I have 6 pages left. Today o get back on here to check out info and says I have 4 pages left and I haven’t used it since the 10 page fax. Can’t play video it claims to have so no help there! It’s basically a rip off. Now need to call the place I sent the fax to make sure it was even received! If anyone finds a way to contact company, please let me know! I am not happy with them at all for making me pay for something I didn’t use or get!

After I use this fax app, somehow my phone got hacked into. Do not use this app. Also I bought 10 pages for $ 4.99 and it constantly says that I have no pages left. It does not give you the right amount of pages and it just is flawed.

Every 2 weeks I am purchasing 10 pages for $4.99 and I only fax 5 pages and after my fax is sent I should have 5 pages remaining but it always says 2. Can someone please get back to me as I love the app but I’m being ripped off since January 2019 when I started using the app.
