Is this legit? – Fax It! - scan and fax Review

I had to purchase 30 pages to finally send 10 pages (supposedly you only get charged for what you use but I had to pay $16.26 as though I sent 30 pages), then it tells me when completed I have 6 pages left. Today o get back on here to check out info and says I have 4 pages left and I haven’t used it since the 10 page fax. Can’t play video it claims to have so no help there! It’s basically a rip off. Now need to call the place I sent the fax to make sure it was even received! If anyone finds a way to contact company, please let me know! I am not happy with them at all for making me pay for something I didn’t use or get!
